Our History

John Smith founded MSP Demos in 2008 and has been in Information Technology Services for over 30 years with a focus on developing business opportunities in the Eastern Pennsylvania area. He originally started out selling printer protocol converters, and after successfully starting and later selling his company in 1999, Eric ventured into other opportunities, before returning to IT in 2008.

He discovered joy in helping friends and connections with tech issues in their various industries and decided to focus on turning this into a proper business, bringing on a team of technicians to provide more assistance.

MSP Demos grew slowly at first, providing John with precious time to spend with his wife and kids during their childhood years. These days, the company has been seeing solid growth, has a strong team of highly trained technicians and has expanded to provide managed services to customers throughout Delaware county. Eric brings years of troubleshooting experience with a history of wisely planning, and now project-manages client networks of all sizes.
